How do I schedule my first session?
Fill out this short form or just give us a call at (443) 280-9006. We encourage you to come in for a first assessment, see the space, and meet the coaches. We don't have any contracts, so there's nothing you're tied to.
What qualifications do coaches have?

Founder Chase Lawrence MS, SFG-II, EXOS-I, FMS-II, USAW-I, DV-8, CFSC earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and master's in Applied Health Physiology. An expert in kinesiology and movement science, Chase has been learning and working as a coach since 2010. Coach Chanel has over 15 years of expertise in Jiu-Jitsu and grappling and applies her teaching background to create holistic, individualized training sessions.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?

Chase Performance Training partners with nutritionists and supplement brands to ensure that you optimize your performance. Our coaches give each client recommendations during their fitness journey with us. You can find our favorite supplements and addition resources under our partners.

What should I bring to sessions?
A water bottle and clothes you can move comfortably in.
Do you have a shower
Yes. Anyone can use it after their sessions.
